Camp will meet two times per week, in-person at the center and via ZOOM, on Tuesdays & Fridays at 7:00 AM (sessions recorded for those not attending live). Join in on all of the camaraderie and in-your-face encouragement you can handle, but as always it's a "take what you like and leave the rest" scenario (camp is for all fitness levels, all the time)! We're talking fun, safe, total body, functional workouts, complete with a full body stretch, to get you feeling and looking your best, and just in time for the holiday season!
BYOE (Bring your own equipment!): Weights, a mat, and any props you may need for your own personal use are required. More information will be provided prior to the start of camp.
