Fitness Boot Camp Fall '25 Workout #4 September 19, 2025
We take it up a notch with 3 MRT Supersets on the 40s(!), topped off with our first Timed Plank of the session. Sighs were heard, sweat was flowing, and pugs may or may not have been kicked (accidently, of course)! ;) Get 'er done, gang!!!
